Louis Bird - From Peawanuck Ontario he has shared his stories and is part of the foundation for the OurVoices.ca Project.

Omushkego Oral History Project - Centre for Rupert's Land Studies - The Centre for Rupert's Land Studies at The University of Winnipeg facilitates scholarly research and publishing concerning the human history of the Hudson's Bay Company territory, known from 1670 to 1870 as Rupert's Land. The Omushkegowak Oral History Project provides backup and support for Louis Bird to translate and transcribe audio tapes from his extensive collection of audiotapes documenting Swampy Cree legends and oral history.

The University of Winnipeg Library - The Library provides technical support and website maintenance for the OurVoices.ca site. The long-term goal is too provide the infrastructure of OurVoices.ca to other projects representing the voices of Canadians.

University of Winnipeg - The University has facilitated the collection of information that perhaps would have been otherwise lost for ever.

Heritage Canada - Canadian Heritage is responsible for national policies and programs that promote Canadian content, foster cultural participation, active citizenship and participation in Canada's civic life, and strengthen connections among Canadians.

Simian Systems - Delivering premier Web Content Management software, Simian software powers this site. Their team is comprised of experts in every area of Internet development, e-commerce, design, and marketing.

Virtual Circle Multimedia - Provides Ourvoices.ca with graphical design elements and image creation. They are responsible for the look and feel of the website.
